La Provençale participated at the 11th. "Salon Professionnel de la Gastronomie 2010 (Expogast)" from 20 to 24 november 2010,
and has demonstrated exhaustively the art of working in cold and hot kitchen.
During these five days great chefs an amateurs in catering industry admired,
also presentation of a flock of geese and ducks led by shepherds dogs
and marvel the feats twirling pizza acrobatic pizzaioli.
