La Provençale has two types of customer account: the professional (mandatory VAT number, possibility to be delivered) and cash and carry (for anyone who buys or withdraws his merchandise in store).

As a food lover, I need to open a customer account (not delivered) to pick up merchandise at La Provençale.
Opening a customer account (not delivered):
To be able to buy at La Provençale, you must have opened a customer account beforehand. To do this, show up in person at our store reception with identification to fill out an account creation form. The store is open Monday to Friday from 5am to 5pm, Saturday from 5am to 4pm.
Conditions:
- Cash payment in cash or with a credit/debit card
- Checks are not accepted
- A deposit of 50 euros (TTC) will be asked at the opening of the account to cover the costs of administering and editing the card. This deposit will be automatically refunded if your turnover reaches 1,000 euros (HTVA) within 12 months
- In case of loss, theft etc., the edition of a new customer card is set at 10 euros (HTVA)
- Accounts receivable that have a turnover of 0 euros over a 12-month period are automatically deleted.
